Proven experience as a Windows Server Administrator or similar role Proficient in Windows Server operating systems 2008 2012 2016 2019 Plan install configure and maintain Windows Server operating systems Perform regular system updates patches and security configurations Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal server operation Strong knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy Administer and manage Active Directory services including user accounts group policies and domain controllers Implement security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards Experience with server virtualization technologies Hyper V VMware Familiarity with server hardware and storage technologies Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Good to have Certifications - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Windows Server CompTIA Server or equivalent certifications are highly desirablePrimary skillsWindows AdminSecondary SkillsActive DirectoryVMware
